• Once a tour has been booked and confirmed, it is generally non-refundable. However, at our sole discretion, we may allow refunds, cancellations, or modifications in exceptional cases.
• Where approved, charges will apply for cancellation, modification, or refund fees.

No-Show & Rescheduling Policy
• A “No-Show” (failure to arrive at the scheduled tour time and location) will result in being treated as void.
• In the case of a no-show, no refunds will be issued, and you may also be required to pay a cancellation fee.
• In special cases, modifications (such as date, time, or other service details) may be allowed at our discretion
